ORDINANCE NO. 14,911
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE ROCK
ORDINANCE NO. 14,542, A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
901 CALHOUN (Z- 4085), SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby amended for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Rescinding a conditional use permit for Lots 4 and 6 of
Block 5, Clinton Park Addition and retaining a
conditional use permit for Lot 1 of Block 5, Clinton
Park Addition and Lots 10, 11 and 12 of Block 6,
Fairground's Addition to the City of Little Rock.
This property is zoned "R -3" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit:

That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
