AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE ROCK
ORDINANCE NO. 14,837, A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6920 WEST 65TH STREET (Z- 4397),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a conditional use
permit is hereby amended for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows:
Starting at the SW corner of the NW 1/4, Section 25,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence N 87° 50' W, for 300.0 feet;
thence N 1° 50' E, for 25.0 feet; thence N 87° 50' W,
for 161.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continue N 870 50' W, for 200.0 feet; thence N O1° 50'
E, for 421.5 feet; thence S 87° 51' E, for 331.7 feet;
thence S O10 50' W, for 100.7 feet; thence S 87° 50' E,
for 30.2 feet; thence S O10 50' W, for 37.0 feet;
thence N 870 50' W, for 161.7 feet; thence S 020 04' W,
for 267.8 feet to the point of beginning, containing
2.4 acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
church and related activities.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described conditional use permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
