AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF KANIS
AND BARROW ROADS (Z- 4243 -A), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commence at the NW corner of said
Section 11; run thence N 89° 45' E along the North line
of said Section 11 a distance of 739.3 feet to the
point of beginning; thence N 89° 45' E a distance of
521.3 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of
Barrow Road; thence S 0° 59' 38" W a distance of 142.7
feet; thence S 00 56' 15" E a distance of 258.78 feet;
thence N 89° 25' 42" W a distance of 203.69 feet;
thence S 890 45' W a distance of 238.58 feet; thence
N 770 08' 10" W a distance of 226.32 feet; thence N 21°
54' E a distance of 374.82 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 5.36 acres or 233,555 square
feet, more or less.
This property is zoned "C -3" and "C -4" and is to be
used for an office /warehouse.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
