AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.

Z -4151 - Described as: Part of Tract 18, Arnold
Highland Acres, a subdivision of the E 1/2, SE 1/4,
SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 36, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as: beginning at a point
20 feet North of the centerline of Base Line Road and
160 feet East of the centerline of Oman Road; thence
North parallel to the centerline of Oman Road 292 feet;
thence East 170 feet; thence South 292 feet to a point
20 feet North of the centerline of Base Line Road;
thence West 170 feet to the point of beginning
containing 1.14 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "0-3" General Office (6500 and 6504 Base Line
Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
