AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifcation of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4256 - Described as a parcel of land in the W 1/2, NE
174, Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as starting
at the SW corner of the NE 1/4, Section 33, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence S 86° 52' E, 24.80 feet to the easterly
right -of -way of Sibley Hole Road and the point of
beginning; thence N 10 49' E on said right -of -way 97.70
feet; thence continuing on said right -of -way the
following bearings and distances: N 210 47' E, 879.22
feet, N 170 07' W, 116.51 feet; thence S 540 35' E,
150.50 feet; thence S 170 39' E, 1,026.50 feet; thence
N 860 52' W, 730.00 feet to the point of beginning
containing 9.3 acres more or less, less and excep the
following described property: Beginning at a point,
this point being the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence along a line bearing S 860 52' E for a
distance a 104.80 feet to a point of beginning; thence
along a line that line being the designated floodway of
Fourche Creek with a bearing of N 41° 45' 09" E for a
distance of 706.11 feet; thence S 17° 34' E, 590.00
feet; thence N 86° 52' W, 650.00 feet to the point of
beginning, this tract containing 4.11 acres more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -2" Shopping Center
(Sibley Hole Road south of Stagecoach).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
