AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
(a) Z- 2037 -A - Described as part of Tract 2, Taylor
Subd lion, part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4 and part
of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W
more particularly described as commencing at the
NW corner of said SW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 25;
thence East 1,260.0 feet to the West right -of -way
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
S 28° 15' W along said right -of -way 551.0 feet;
thence West 225.0 feet to the point of beginning;
thence West 250.0 feet; thence S 28° 15' W, 200
feet; thence East 250.0 feet to a point on the
West right -of -way of University Avenue; thence
.N 280 15' E along said right -of -way 200.0 feet to
the point of beginning from "C -3" General
Commercial to "C -4" Open Display District.

Watk ns Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas lying north of and adjoining the
right -of -way of the C.R.I. &P. Railroad from "I -2"
Light Industrial to "C -3" General Commercial
District. (3001 Confederate Blvd.)
(d) Z -4227 - Described as Lot 4 and E 1/2 of Lot 5,
Block 254, Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, from "C -4" Open Display to "C -3"
General Commercial District. (917 W. 2nd St.)
(e) Z -4233 - Described as part of the W 1/2 of the
W 172 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and part of the
SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows to -wit: Beginning at a point
on the North line of Base Line Road 260 feet West
of the East line of the W 1/2, W 1/2, SW 1/4,
SE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence North along the
West line of a road 200 feet; thence West 67 feet;
thence South 200 feet to a point on the North line
of Base Line Road, 71 feet West of the point of
beginning; thence East along the North line of
Base Line Road 71 feet to the point of beginning
from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2 Light Industrial

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTOIN 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
