AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,654 TO
INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE MOTION PICTURE
AND TELEVISION COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 14,654 is
hereby amended to read:
"A Motion Picture and Television Commission
is hereby established. The Motion Picture
and Television Commission, hereafter referred
to as Commission, shall consist of not less
than five (5) nor more than twenty -two (22)
members who will be residents of the City
of Little Rock and who shall be selected
by the Little Rock Board of Directors."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
