AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROXIMATELY 320 FEET NORTH OF THE
INTERSECTION OF WEST SIDE DRIVE AND
KANIS ROAD (Z- 4243), SETTING FORTH
THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to wit: Commence at the
NW corner of Section 11; thence N 89° 45' E along the
North line of Section 11, 739.3 feet to the point of
beginning; thence East along said North line
approximately 325 feet; thence southerly parallel to
John Barrow Road a distance of approximately 240 feet;
thence westerly approximately 180 feet; thence
southerly 165 feet; thence S 890 45' W, approximately
35 feet; thence N 770 08' 10" W, 226.32 feet; thence
N 210 54' E, 374.82 feet to the point of beginning.
The property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for an
office - warehouse.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
