AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6100 MITCHELL DRIVE (Z- 4224),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 17, Eagle Commercial Subdivision No. 3.
The property is zoned "I -2" and is to be used for a
motel.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan. In addition: (1) that
applicant work with City Engineer to develop a
drainage plan; (2) that applicant guarantees access to
the west adjacent property which will in turn allow
access to the I -30 service road.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
