ORDINANCE NO. 14,664
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING FLORIDA
STREET BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY LINE
OF LOT 24, BLOCK 2 AND THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY
LINE OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3, IN RIFFEL AND RHOTON'S
FOREST PARK HIGHLANDS ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Florida Street
between the Southern Boundary Line of Lot 24, Block 2 and
the Southern Boundary Line of Lot 1, Block 3, in Riffel and
Rhoton's Forest Park Highlands Addition to the City of
Little Rock, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Book 1, Page 18 (or at Instru-
ment No. ) in the office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate
purposes, except for public utility and drainage easement
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby
releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the
rights of the public generally, in and to the street designated
P as follows: All that portion of Florida Street located between
the Southern Boundary Line of Lot 24, Block 2, Riffel and

Rhoton's Forest Park Highlands Addition and the Southern Boundary

Line of Lot 1, Block 3 of the same addition subject, however,
to any public utility or drainage easements located in said
street.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
