AN ORDINANCE REDUCING LOT 1, KAYWOOD ACRES
SUBDIVISION TO ACREAGE, THEREBY RETURNING
TO METES AND BOUNDS LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1964, a court order was filed at
the County Courthouse that reduced to acreage lots 2 through 25
of Kaywood Acres Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, Lots 2 through 25 were returned to a metes and
bounds legal description.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 1, Kaywood Acres Subdivision is hereby
reduced to acreage. The legal description shall be composed of a
meets and bounds legal description.
