AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FROM "SO" TO "CS"
IN THE BOWMAN ROAD AND COLONEL
GLENN ROAD AREA.
WHEREAS, a recent rezoning request at the intersection
of Bowman and Colonel Glenn Roads has prompted a further
review of the Suburban7Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission have
reviewed the rezoning request and has determined the
proposed rezoning to be appropriate at that location; and
WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission have
recommended that the Suburban Development Plan be changed
from Office to Commercial at that location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Board of Directors hereby changes
the Suburban Development Plan from "SO" Suburban Office to
"CS" Commercial Service at the southwest corner of the
intersection of Bowman Road and Colonel Glenn Road.
