AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4190 - described as: Part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 11, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: beginning at a
point on the West right -of -way line of Chicot Road
which is 420 feet North and 25 feet West of the SE
corner of said Section 11, run thence West 139.0 feet;
thence North 203.62 feet; thence East 139.5 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way line of Chicot Road;
thence South 203.62 feet along said road right -of -way
to the point of beginning containing in all 0.65 acres,
more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -3" General
Commercial District. (11900 Chicot Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
