ORDINANCE NO. 14,631
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2729 -E - Described as lands lying in the W 1/2 of the
NW of Section 12, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and more particularly described as follows:
commencing at the NW corner of the S 1/2 of the NW
1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 12; thence along the W line of
said 1/4, S O1° 30' 03" W 618.20 feet to the point of
beginning; thence leaving said W line S 870 50' 27" E
722.05 feet to the W right -of -way line of Calden Drive;
thence continuing along said W right -of -way line S O1°
56' 54" W 165.00 feet; thence leaving said W
right -of -way line N 87° 50' 26" W 720.76 feet to the W
line of the said NW 1/4; thence continuing along said W
line N O10 30' 03" E 165.00 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 2.732 acres, more or less, from
"MF -24" Multi- Family District to "MF -18" Multi- Family
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
The Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
