ORDINANCE NO. 14,628
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4208 - Described as Tract 4, Sparks Acres, located in
t- iie—f-ractional N 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 6, T -1 -S, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. Property lines are located
in accordance with established property lines. The
property contains 4.8295 acres from "R -2" Single Family
to "C -3" General Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
The Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
