ORDINANCE NO. 14,625 9 5
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET SOUTHEAST OF
THE INTERSECTION OF HINSON ROAD AND
FLYNN STREET (Z- 4186), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, Section 29, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows: starting at the SW
corner of Lot 904, Longlea Addition Phase IX, to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas; thence S 460 49' 50" E
along the easterly line of a roadway easement for
Hinson Road, said roadway easement being 80 feet wide
and being filed for record in Deed Record Book 1450 at
pages 300 and 301 in the Pulaski County Courthouse, for
35 feet to the point of beginning of the herein
described property; thence N 43° 10' 10" E 50 feet;
thence S 460 49' 50" E 40 feet; thence S 430 10' 10" W
50 feet to a point on the easterly line of said roadway
easement for Hinson Road; thence N 46° 49' 50" W along
said roadway easement line for 40 feet to the point of
beginning containing 2,000 square feet, more or less.
The property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
remote utility substation.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
