ORDINANCE NO. 14,624
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4175 - (Aldersgate Road) Tract 1 described as: Part
of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: from an iron pin marking the SE corner of
the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, run N 87° 26' 03" W and along the
South line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4 for 956.46 feet to
the point of beginning; thence continue N 870 26' 03" W
and along the South line of the said SE 1/4, SW 1/4 for
360.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence N 00° 00'
52" E for 1,286.37 feet to an iron pin on the
southwesterly right -of -way line of Aldersgate Road and

extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
