HomeMy WebLinkAbout1462388 ORDINANCE NO. 14,623 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. The zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. (a) Z -4165 - Described as Lot 3, Triangle Properties Industrial District, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial District (I -30 and Distribution Drive). (b) Z -4167 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commencing at the center of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence run south 210 feet; thence run N 840 00' W, 138.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 0° O1' 55" E, 150 feet; thence run N 88° 36' W, 207.30 feet; thence run N 00 18' E, 185 feet; thence run N 87° 00' W, 136 feet; thence run S 84° 00' E, 71.30 feet to the point of beginning containing in all .75 acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office District. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided in Section 1 hereof.
