ORDINANCE NO. 14,623
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The zone classification of the following
properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
(a) Z -4165 - Described as Lot 3, Triangle Properties
Industrial District, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial
District (I -30 and Distribution Drive).
(b) Z -4167 - Described as part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows: Commencing at the
center of the NE 1/4 of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W;
thence run south 210 feet; thence run N 840 00' W,
138.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 0°
O1' 55" E, 150 feet; thence run N 88° 36' W,
207.30 feet; thence run N 00 18' E, 185 feet;
thence run N 87° 00' W, 136 feet; thence run S 84°
00' E, 71.30 feet to the point of beginning
containing in all .75 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office
District. (9715 Colonel Glenn Road)
(c) Z -4169 - Described as Lot 5, Block 6, Union Depot
Addi it on to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski

Arkansas, more particularly described as
commencing at the SW corner of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence N 850 35' E along the South line
of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W,
250 feet to the point of beginning; thence
N 03° 17' W, 270 feet; thence N 85° 35' E, 666.19
feet; thence S 02° 8' E, 270.19 feet to the South

R -13 -W; thence S 850 35' W, 660.77 feet to the
point of beginning containing two acres more or

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
