ORDINANCE NO. 14,606
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN NEWLY ANNEXED
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
AMENDING THE LITTLE ROCK ZONING ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,595 was passed on February 7,
1984; and
WHEREAS, that ordinance accepted the annexation of certain
land to the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, under the City of Little Rock's zoning ordinance
this land is zoned 11R -21' Single - Family; and
1984.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,595 becomes effective on March 8,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 25, 39, 40, 41, and 42 of West
Highland Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, said property
more particularly described as:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 27, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, beginning at a point
20 N of 690.1' east of the SW corner of the SE
quarter, NW quarter of Section 27, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, thence N 00311E 4001; thence E 901;
thence S 00311W 400' to the N right -of -way line
of Lanehart Road; thence W along said N
right -of -way of Lanehart Road 901 to the point
of beginning; and
The NE quarter of S4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W containing
10 acres more or less,
is hereby rezoned from "R -211 to "C -311 General Commercial
District.
