AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FROM "SF" SINGLE FAMILY TO "NC" NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL
IN THE VICINITY OF VIMY RIDGE AND COUNTY LINE ROAD.
WHEREAS, a recent rezoning request at Vimy Ridge Road and County Line
Road has prompted a review of the Suburban Development Plan in that area,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and staff recognize the need to keep
the Suburban Development Plan up -to -date, and in touch with current needs,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission and staff have recommended that this
property is suitable for commercial development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Suburban Development Plan is hereby amended in the
Vimy Ridge and County Line Road area from Single Family, "SF" to Neighborhood
Commercial, "NC ".
