AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR
PURCHASING THE BAIRD PROPERTIES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO PURCHASE THE PROPERTY FOR $65,000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby appropriates from
the City's Sign Permit Fee Account $65,000 for the purchase of
the Baird properties located at Broadway and LaHarpe Boulevards
more particularly described on Exhibit "A" hereto.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a deed for the purchase of the
land on Exhibit "A" for a total price of $65,000.
