ORDINANCE NO. 14,593
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A
PORTION OF THE ALLEY IN BLOCK 19,
TOWN OF MABELVALE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of the alley
in Block 19, Town of Mabelvale Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Addition now
appearing of record in Deed Book 1, Page 157 in the Office of
the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for
corporate purposes, except for public utility and drainage ease-
ment purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of
the public generally, in and to the alley designated as follows:
The portion of the alley in Block 19, Town of Mabelvale which is
adjacent to lots 6, 7, 8, & 9 (and between). subject, however, to
any public utility or drainage easements located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
