ORDINANCE NO. 14,587
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
NORTHEAST CORNER OF KANIS ROAD AND
I -430 (Z- 4139 -A), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 3, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said SW 1/4,
SW 1/4; thence N 2° 22' 15" W along the East line of
said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 51.10 feet to a point on the North
right -of -way line of Kanis Road; thence N 88° 47' 00" W
along said right -of -way 149.20 feet to its intersection
with the East right -of -way line of Interstate Highway
430; thence N 5° 58' 34" W 258.45 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue N 5° 58' 34" W along said
East right -of -way line 165.47 feet; thence N 88° 24'
59" E 175.58 feet to a point on the East line of said
SW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 20 22' 15" E along the East
line of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4 165.0 feet; thence S 88°
24' 59" W 165.17 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.645 acres, more or less.
The property is zoned "C -3" and is to be used for
Little Rock Municipal water tank storage.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
