AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
13200 ROCK CREEK PARKWAY (Z- 4148),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Parts of Tracts 3, 6 and 7, Hillvale Addition, Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Tract 7, Hillvale
Addition; thence S 72° 35' 20" E 344.24 feet to a point
on the East line of the W 1/2 of said Tract 7; thence S
00° 45' 54" W along said East line 438.98 feet to a
point on the North line of a 50 -foot wide Little Rock
Water Works easement; thence N 87° 25' 51" W along said
North line 219.11 feet; thence N 780 18' 19" W along
said North line 290.87 feet; thence N 810 37' 00" W
along said North line 381.77 feet; thence N 330 50' 55"
E 665.57 feet; thence S 87° 59' 06" E 200.00 feet to a
point on the East line of Tract 3, Hillvale Addition;
thence S 00° 54' 05" W along said East line 100.00 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 9.018 acres, more
or less.
The property is zoned "R -5" and is to be used for a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
