AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE ROCK CODE
OF ORDINANCES SECTION 15.1(2) WITH
RESPECT TO THE INCREASE IN COLLECTION
FEES FOR SANITATION SERVICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
x� SECTION 1. That Section 15.1(2) of the Code of Ordinances

of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
For each multiple dwelling or commercial
0 property utilizing City- approved, privately
owned containers not capable of being serviced
except by manpower, the fee will be two dollars
and seventy five cents ($2.75) per month per
cubic yard material handled. Such fees shall
be collected monthly and be billed on the
statement for water for the premises served and
be the debt and obligation of the person, firm
or corporation in whose name the water meter or
meters for such multiple dwelling or commercial
property is listed.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
March 1, 1984.
