AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
6801 WEST MARKHAM (Z- 4132), OLIVET
BAPTIST CHURCH, SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 1, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: beginning at a point which is
30' South of and 25 feet West of the Northeast corner
of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4; thence run South parallel to
the East line of said SE 1/4, NW 1/4, a distance of 200
feet; thence run West parallel to the South
right -of -way line of West Markham Street a distance of
100 feet; thence run North parallel to the East line of
said SE 1/4, NW 1/4 a distance of 200 feet to the South
right -of -way line of West Markham Street; thence run
East along the South right -of -way line of West Markham
Street a distance of 100 feet to the point of
beginning, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
foster child care facility.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, codes, the approved site plan and that the
applicant build a 6 -foot privacy fence on the south
property line.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
