AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4104 - described as part of the S 1/2, SW 1/4,
SeSe ticon 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, now in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: beginning at the Southwest
corner of the SW 1/4, Section 35, run thence S 89° 59'
E along the South line of said SW 1/4 1,298.13 feet to
the point of beginning, said point being the
intersection of Baseline Road and Mann Branch; thence N
44° 59' W along the centerline of Mann Branch 96.5
feet; thence continuing along said centerline of Mann
Branch N 25° O1' W 84.27 feet; thence continuing along
the said centerline a radius of 200 feet, a distance of
90.76 feet; thence continuing along said centerline on
a radius 136.81 feet, a distance of 217.28 feet; thence
continuing along said centerline on a radius of 84.44
feet a distance of 106.11 feet; thence continuing along
said centerline N 32° 0' W 29.65 feet to a point on the
South right -of -way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30;
thence N 64° 9' 10" E along said South right -of -way
line 260.9 feet; thence continuing along said South
right -of -way line N 65° 0' E 400 feet; thence S 250 0'
E 250 feet; thence N 64° 20' 57" E 184.12 feet; thence
S 02° 53' 50" E 637.26 feet to a point in the
centerline of Baseline Road, said point also being on
the South line of said SW 1/4; thence N 890 50' W along
said centerline and said South line 729.93 feet to the
point of beginning containing 12.2 acres, more or less,
from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
