AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTIES
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as
indicated.
a. Z- 3310 -A - described as Lot 1, Bessie C. Lewis
Subdivision
from "0-3" General Office District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
b. Z- 3572 -A - described as part of Section 18, T -1 -S,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, beginning at the
Northeast corner, NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 18,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence S 0° 07' W 980.21 feet to a
point on the North line of the original town of
Alexander; thence N 470 3' W 889.32 feet along
said North original town of Alexander line to the
South right -of -way line of a 100 -foot right -of -way
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad ( MOPAC); thence N
430 18' E 659.00 feet along said MOPAC
right -of -way line; thence S 0° 54' W 97.1 feet;
thence S 87° 40' E 202.67 feet to the point of
beginning containing 8.7 acres, more or less, from
"I -2" Light Industrial District to "R -7A" Mobile
Home Subdivision.
C. Z- 3794 -A - described as part of the NE 1/4,
NE 1 4, Section 32, T -2 -N, R -12 -W, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: commencing at the Southwest
corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of said Section 32;
thence run North along the West line of said
NE 1/4, NE 1/4 119.5 feet to the point of
beginning; thence East 102.5 feet to the West
right -of -way line of the Chicago Rock Island and
Pacific Railroad; thence Southeast along said West
right -of -way line 183 feet; thence easterly at
right angles to said right -of -way 30 feet to a
point on a line 20 feet westerly from and parallel
with the centerline of the Chicago Rock Island and
Pacific railroads main track; thence northwesterly
along said line 20 feet westerly from and parallel
with said railroad centerline 379.4 feet; thence
South 86° 58' 07" W 72.42 feet to a point on the
West line of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32;
thence South along said West line 192.17 feet to
the point of beginning from "I -2" Light Industrial
to "C -3" General Commercial.
d. Z- 3918 -A - described as Kerr Commercial Plat from
"R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office
District.

Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as beginning
at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 16, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N 03° 17' W
220 feet; thence N 86° 35' E 210 feet; thence S
03° 17' E 220 feet; thence S 86° 35' W 210 feet to
the point of beginning containing 1.1 acres, more
or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -1"
Neighborhood Commercial District.
f. Z -4129 - described as part of the SW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section on 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as

right -of -way of Walnut Street 113.5 feet; thence N
880 24' 22" W 187.1 feet to the existing
right -of -way of Mabelvale Pike and the point of
beginning containing 0.3 acres, more or less, also
in part of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 19, town of
Mabelvale, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family to
"C -4" Open Display District.
g. Z -4131 - described as part of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4,

Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
start at the Northwest corner of the NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence run East
a distance of 850.3 feet to a point; thence run
South a distance of 200 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue South 478.7 feet to the
point on the North right -of -way line of Interstate
Highway No. 30; thence S 64° 30' W 208 feet + to a
point; thence N a distance of 565 feet+ to a
point; thence E 200 + to the point of beginning
containing 2.4 acres, more or less, from "R -2"
Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
SECTION 2. That the above referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage approval.
