ORDINANCE NO. 14,796
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
A. Z -4314 - described as: Part of the SW 1/4, SW 1/4
of Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
beginning at the SE corner of said SW 1/4, SW 1/4
which is a point in the centerline of Mabelvale
West Road and Nash Lane; thence run West along
said centerline of Mabelvale West Road 388.1 feet
to a point in the centerline of a creek; thence
run N 03° 57' 59" W, 196.0 feet along said
centerline of creek; thence continuing along said
creek centerline N 110 34' 59" W, 55.59 feet;
thence East 413.33 feet to a point in the
centerline of Nash Lane; thence S 00° 07' 00" W,
250.0 feet along the centerline to the point of
beginning containing 2.31 acres, more or less,
from "R -2" Single Family to "0-3" General Office
less and except the designated floodway
(10412 Mabelvale West Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
