AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 43. Article VII Section
7- 103.4.C.1 be amended to provide for deletion of permitted
use items "l.k. Bus Station and Terminal ", "l.bb. Race
Track ", "l.gg. Theatre (Drive -in Type)"
SECTION 2. That Chapter 43. Article VII Section
7- 103.4.C.1 as amended by Section 1 hereof read as follows:
