ORDINANCE NO. 14,788
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 4277 -A - described as: Part of the W 1/2 of the
fractional Section 7, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, in the City of
Litlte Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as
follows: beginning at a point on the West line of
Section 7, which line is also a range line and county
line in the center of State Highway No. 5 (Hot Springs
Pike) 2,277 feet S O1° 38' W of the NW corner of
fractional S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, said
township and range; thence N 86° 25' E along the
centerline of State Highway No. 5 (Hot Springs Pike)
125 feet; thence N O10 30' E, 845.0 feet; thence West
122.5 feet; thence S O1° 38' W along county line 853.0
feet to the point of beginning containing 2.5 acres,
more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light
Industrial (12324 Stagecoach Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
