AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
7912 MABELVALE PIKE (Z- 4164 -A), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
The E 1/2, W 1/2, E 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 35,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; less and
except: Beginning 20 feet East of the SW corner of
said E 1/2, W 1/2, E 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4; thence
E 75 feet; thence N 250 feet; thence W 75 feet; thence
S 250 feet to the point of beginning.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
