AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN
DEVELOPMENT PLAN FROM "MF "and "SF"
TO "NC" AT THE INTERSECTION OF
HIGHWAY 10 AND TAYLOR LOOP ROAD.

WHEREAS, recent rezoning requests at the intersection of Arkansas
State Highway 10 and Taylor Loop Road have prompted a further review of
the Suburban Development Plan; and
WHEREAS, Taylor Loop Road is shown as a Minor Arterial on the
Master Street Plan and Highway 10 is shown as a Principal Arterial on
the Master Street Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City has recognized the intersection of two arterials
as appropriate for commercial zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Board of Directors hereby amends the Suburban
Development Plan from "SF" Single Family north of Highway 10 and from
"MF" Multi- Family south of Highway 10 to "NC" Neighborhood Commercial
at the intersection of Highway 10 and Taylor Loop Road.
