AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE 1
NO. 14,453 AND REVOKING A "PCD"
DISTRICT TITLED GIBSON PLACE IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,453 was passed on
June 7, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -2" Single Family to "PCD" on the following described
property:
A tract of land described as a 1 -acre square in the
NW corner of the E 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
September 25, 1984, (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that
the above described property be reclassified and that the
"PCD" classification be revoked.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,453 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the Preliminary Site Development
Plan /Plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,453 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the "PCD" district classification of
the below listed property is revoked and the "0-3" General
Office classification is established on the Official Zoning
Map:
A tract of land described as a 1 -acre square in the NW
corner of the E 1/2, NW 1/4, NE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

RESOLUTION NO. 63
A RESOLUTION OF THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDING REVOCATION OF A PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DEVELOPMENT "GIBSON PLACE" (FILE Z- 4007), TO THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, the Planned Commercial Development (P.C.D.) Gibson Place was
preliminarily approved by both Planning Commission and Little Rock Board of
Directors in June, 1983 by Ordinance No. 14,453.
WHEREAS, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock provides for
revocation in Section 9 -101, Paragraph H. in instances where the owner fails
to file a final plan /plat.
WHEREAS, the owner of the lands involved in the Planned Commercial
Development has not pursued the approved preliminary plan.
WHEREAS, the owner has caused a reclassification action to be filed
whereby the lands involved will be reclassified as "03" General Office after
approval by the Little Rock Board of Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission by a vote of 9 -0 -2 recommended to
the Board of Directors that the subject P.U.D. be revoked and that "03"
General Office District be established on this site.
