ORDINANCE NO. 14,720
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
a. Z- 2552 -B- described as: Part of the SW 1/4 of the
SE 174—of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and described
as beginning 266.7 feet West of the intersection
of the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 25 with the West right -of -way line of the
Missouri Pacific Railroad and 20 feet North;
thence West 140 feet parallel to the South line of
the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25; thence
North 180 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South
180 feet to the point of beginning containing .643
acres, more or less, now being in the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "C -3"
General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display

b. Z- 3592 -A - described as: Part of the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: starting at the NE corner of Section 9,

North line of said Section 9 a distance of 753.09
feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
N 87° 10' 10" W along said North line of Section 9
a distance of 376.12 feet; thence S 29° 01' 44" E,
272.91 feet; thence N 47° 51' 53" W, 328.00 feet
to the point of beginning containing 1.001 acres,

point of beginning; thence S 25° E, 250 feet;
thence S 650 W parallel to the South line of said
right -of -way 200 feet; thence N 25° W, 250 feet to
a point on the South right -of -way line of said
highway as now established; thence N 650 E, along
said South right -of -way 200 feet to the point of
beginning from "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.

more or less, from "R -2" Single Family District to

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
