HomeMy WebLinkAbout14720M M M M M M M M 11 M M M M 0 ORDINANCE NO. 14,720 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: a. Z- 2552 -B- described as: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 174—of Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and described as beginning 266.7 feet West of the intersection of the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25 with the West right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad and 20 feet North; thence West 140 feet parallel to the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25; thence North 180 feet; thence East 140 feet; thence South 180 feet to the point of beginning containing .643 acres, more or less, now being in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "C -3" General Commercial District to "C -4" Open Display District.'(6618 Forbing Road) b. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
