AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 3315 -B - described as: Part of Lots 5 and 6, Morgan
Subdivision, being a part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: from the NE
corner of said Lot 6, run S 00° 42' 50" E and along the
East line of said Lot 6 30.0 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue S 00° 42' 50" E and along
the said East line of Lot 6 247.17 feet; thence
S 880 16' W, 318.60 feet to a point on the eastern
right -of -way line of Green Mountain Drive; thence along
the said easterly right -of -way line and along a 447.50
foot radius curve to the right with a chord bearing of
N 080 37' 50" W and a distance of 129.45 feet to the
point of tangency thereof; thence N 0° 18' 10" W and
along the said East right -of -way line of Green Mountain
Drive 124.85 feet to the South right -of -way line of
Rainwood Drive; thence N 890 10' 30" E and along the
South right -of -way line of Rainwood Drive 335.54 feet
to the point -of beginning containing 1.911 acres, more
or less, from "MF -24" Multifamily to "C -3" General
Commercial (Green Mountain and Rainwood Drives,
SE corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
