AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2415 NORTH TYLER STREET (Z- 4265),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 30, T -2 -N, R -12 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as: Starting the SW corner of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, said
Section 30; thence northerly along the West line of
said NE 1/4, SE 1/4, 560 feet + to a point; thence
easterly 400 feet + to the SW corner of the gym
building, located on the Old St. John's Seminary
property; thence westerly along the westerly projection
of a South line of said gym building, 7 feet to a point
on the west edge of an existing sidewalk and the point
of beginning; thence northerly along said West edge and
said West edge projected northerly 100 feet + to a
point; thence easterly along the South edge of an
existing asphalt drive and said South edge projected
westerly, 127 feet + to a point; thence southeasterly
along a line, 3.5 feet + westerly of and parallel with
the westerly edge of an existing sidewalk, 125 feet +
to a point; thence westerly along the line 10 feet
South of and parallel with the South line of said gym
building, 170 feet + to a point; thence northerly
10 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.34 acres
more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
day care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
