AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF
FAIRVIEW ROAD AND SUMMIT STREET
(Z- 4268), SETTING FORTH THE
CONDITIONS ATTACHED THERETO;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of Plot "E" of Woodland Heights, a subdivision of
the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, and NW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 21,
T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as: Beginning at a point 300
feet North of the SW corner of said Plot "E" and on the
west line thereof; thence North along the West line of
Plot "E," 40.0 feet to a point; thence S 74° 00' 50" E,
40.0 feet to a point; thence South, 40.0 feet to a
point; thence N 74° 00' 50" W, 40.0 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 0.0353 acres more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" and is to be used for a
telephone company remote terminal station.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
