ORDINANCE NO. 14,713
AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
8422 KANIS ROAD (Z- 4245), SETTING
FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lot 2, Michael Subdivision of the E 1/2 of Tract 1; all
of Tract 6 and all of that part of Tract 7 lying North
of the new 12th Street Pike and Hopson and Sacks
Suburban Tracts, Plot No. 1 in Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
This property is zoned "0-3" and is to be used for an
animal clinic (enclosed).
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adheres to all Little Rock City
ordinances, codes, Planning Commission requirements and
the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
