AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4235 - A part of Tract 2, Commonwealth Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being a resubdivision also known as Lots 1 and 2,
Lynwood Subdivision located in the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 30, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said
Tract 2, Commonwealth Addition; thence run N 00 06' W
along the curbline of a paved street 150 feet to a
point; thence run East 125.8 feet to a point; thence
run S 00 06' E, 150 feet to a point on the North line
of Big Oak Lane; thence run West 126 feet to the point
of beginning containing in all 0.43 acres more or less
from "R -2" Single Family District to "R -4" Two Family
District (5706 Big Oak Lane).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the

extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1. hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
