AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO BE USED AS A LOAN
TO THE LITTLE ROCK ADVERTISING AND
PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The amount of $877,271.90 is
hereby appropriated from the General Fund to be used
as a loan to the Little Rock Advertising and Promotion
Commission to be repaid with interest at a rate one -half
percent above the amount the City is receiving on govern-
ment securities or investments in local bank paper.
SECTION 2. The loan is to be repaid within
one year from the date of the advance of funds.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
