AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
#3 TREASURE HILLS ROAD (Z- 3917),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the SE 1/4, Section 34, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 34, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, run Westerly along the Southerly line of
Section 34, a distance of 955.5 feet; said line being
the common boundary between T -2 -N and T -1 -N, thence
North 528.38 feet along the East line of Treasure Hills
Subdivision to the Northeast corner of Lot 14 and the
point of beginning; continue North 240.90 feet; thence
North 56° 04' 50" East, 40.28 feet to the Southerly
right -of -way line of Rodney Parham Road; thence
North 34° 23' 40" West, 285.06 feet along said
right -of -way line; thence South 28° 00' West, 115.13
feet; thence North 620 00' West, 86.5 feet to the East
line of Treasure Hills Road; thence South 28° 00' West,
175.91 feet along said East line to the Northwest
corner of Lot 9, Treasure Hills Subdivision; thence
South 33° 55' 10" East; 340.70 feet along the North
line of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Treasure Hills
Subdivision; thence East 150.0 feet along the North
line of Lots 13 and 14, Treasure Hills Subdivision; to
the point of beginning, containing 2.58 acres, more or
less.
The property is to be used for mini - warehouses.
Section 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That the applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and an approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
