HomeMy WebLinkAbout143530 ORDINANCE NO 14,353 79 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated. (a) Z -3890 - described as Lot "B ", Shanks Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, from "R -2" Single Family District to "O -3" General Office District. (b) Z -3909 - described as part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski. County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; then run East 1348 feet to a point; thence run North 83 feet to a point; thence North 02° 30' East, 310 to the point of beginning; thence continue North 020 31' East, 344 feet; thence East 323.7 feet; thence South 890 06' East, 526.4 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of Interstate Route #30; thence South 43° 38' West along said Northerly right -of -way line 305.15 feet; thence continue along said Northerly right -of -way line South 43° 31' West, 264.74 feet; thence North 46° 29' West, 199.85 feet; thence South 430 31' West, 154.61 feet to a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of Mabelvale West Overpass; thence Northwesterly along said right -of -way 75 feet plus or minus; thence South 61° 21' West along said right -of -way 25 feet; thence Northwesterly along said right -of -way along a curve to the left, having a radius of 505 feet, 140 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial District. (3) Z -3915 - described as a tract of land situated in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 9 and also in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, all in T -1 -S, R -13 -W of the Fifth Principle Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence along the West line of said Section 9, South 010 34' 07" West, 881.88 feet; thence South 880 25' 53" East, 367.36 feet; thence South 46° 35' 53" East, 258.99 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of Interstate Route #30; thence along said West right -of -way line North 43° 24' 07" East, 875 feet to a point on the West right -of -way line of the Otter Creek Road - Interstate 30 Interchange; thence along said West right -of -way line North 150 West, 770 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road; thence along said South right -of -way line of Otter Creek Road South 630 West, 635 feet; thence continue along said right -of -way line North 89" 50' 53" West, 370 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "C -3" General Commercial District. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock designated District map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof. 81 SECTION 3.
