AN ORDINANCE ISSUING SPECIAL USE
PERMITS TO PERMIT DAY -CARE FAMILY
HOMES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That special use permits are hereby granted
for day -care family homes on the following properties:
(a) Z -3910 - described as the East 57 feet of Lot 1,
Block 23, Centennial Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
(b) Z -3919 - described as Lot 29, Brucewood Addition
tO the City of Little Rock Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
