AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10014 MARKHAM STREET (Z- 3912),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
(Z -3912) Being a replat of part of Block 44, Santa Fe
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as:
Commence at the Northwest corner of said Block 44;
thence South 890 56' East along the North line of said
Block 44 a distance of 118.6 feet to the point of
beginning; thence continue South 89° 56' East along
said North line of Block 44 a distance of 118.4 feet to
the Northwest corner of Lot 2, L and L Replat; thence
South 010 40' West along the West line of said Lot 2
a distance of 314.85 feet to the North right -of -way
line of West Markham; thence North 89° 26' West along
said North right -of -way line 112.6 feet; thence North
000 37' East, 313.76 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 0.83 acres more or less.
Property is to be used for an animal hospital.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and approved site plans.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
