AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated.
a) Z -3901 - described as part of the South 1/2, West
1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line, which
point is 25 feet East of the Southwest corner of
said South 1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 and said
point also being on the East line of Shackleford
Road; thence North 0° 30' West along said East
line of Shackleford Road 225 feet to a point;
thence North 89° 30' East, 618.6 feet; thence
South 00 21' West, 229 feet; thence South 890 36'
West, 615 feet along the South boundary line of
said South 1/2, West 1/2, NW 1/4, NW 1/4 to the
point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family
District to 110-3" General Office District.
b) Z -3902 - described as Tracts 1 and 2, Kanis Place,
a replat of Tracts 13 and 14 and part of Tracts 15
and 16, Hopson and Sachs Suburban Tracts, from
"MF -24" and "MF -12" Multifamily District to
"MF -12" Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
