AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
212 NORTH MCKINLEY (Z- 3500 -A),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
(Z- 3500 -A) - A piece of ground 150' x 150.' Beginning
at a point 15' West and 665' South from the Northeast
corner of the W 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4, Section
1, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, running, thence South 1501; thence
West 1501; thence North 150'; thence East 150' to the
point of beginning, in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Property is to be used for an addition to existing
day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and approved site plans.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
