ORDINANCE N0. 14,333
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12,545,
(AS AMENDED) OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING THE "PARKS, PLAYGROUNDS, AND
RECREATIONAL AREAS PLAN OF THE LITTLE ROCK,
PLANNING AREA ".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Chart 1 -A. Community Parks, Playgrounds and Recreational
Areas is hereby amended as follows:
32 -NF - A 10 acre site lying at the southeast corner of Napa Valley
Road at Rainwood Road described as the NW, SW, NW Section 33,
T2N, R -13 -W, be deleted from the Master Parks Plan in its entirety.
SECTION 2. Map A -1 of Ordinance No. 12,545 (as amended) is hereby
amended to delete the site captioned 32 -NF in its entirety.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
