ORDINANCE NO. 14,332
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3878 - described as the South 40 feet of the
North 120 feet of the West 150 feet of Block 23,
Garland Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "R -4" Two Family District to "R -3"
Single Family District.
(b) Z -3894 - described as the West 125 feet of Lot "A ",
Morris Manor Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, from "0-3" General Office District to
"R -5" Urban Residence District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
