AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3885 - described as part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the North 17
acres of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 3; thence
run West 300 feet to a point; thence run West
580.9 feet to a point; thence run North 50 feet to
the point of beginning; thence run West along the
North line of a 50 -foot road for a distance of 174
feet to a point; thence run North 152.56 feet to a
point; thence run East 174.9 feet to a point;
thence run South 152.61 feet to the point of
beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to
"I -2" Light Industrial District.
(b) Z -3886 - described as part of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4,
SeSe ticon 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said SE 1/4,
NW 1/4; thence West 587.11 feet to the point of
beginning; thence North 000 54' East, 741 feet;
thence North 006 37' East, 120.4 feet; thence
South 890 46' West, 291.5 feet; thence South 000
54' West, 570.45 feet; thence South 85° 58' East,
243.4 feet; thence South 00° 54' West to a point
on the South line of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4 of said
Section 3; thence East along said South line 50
feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single
Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial
District.
(c) Z -3888 - described as part of Lot 8, West Markham
Street Subdivision of the S 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 3, and the SE 1/4, NE 1/4 of
Section 4, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said
Lot 8, which is 100 feet South of the Northeast
corner of said Lot 8; thence run south along the
East line of said Lot 8, a distance of 50 feet;
thence West 91.5 feet more or less to a point on
the East line of Oak Lane; thence run North along
the East line of Oak Lane 50 feet; thence run East
91.5 feet to the point of beginning; and the East
91.5 feet of the North 100 feet of Tract 8, West
Markham Street Subdivision, from "R -2" Single
Family District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
